Admission Requirements

Undergraduate programs:

  • Common Application
  • Two Letters of Recommendation from people who can comment on your academic potential. 
  • Official transcripts of secondary education / high school, with certified English translation if applicable

Proof of English proficiency for non-native English speakers and for those whose secondary education did not take place in an English-speaking country (one of the following):TOEFL 79 (iBT), with no subsection lower than 17

  • IELTS minimum overall score 6.5, with no band lower than 5.5
  • Duolingo English Test 105
  • PTE Academic with a minimum score of 53
  • Interviews (optional)
  • SAT and/or ACT scores (optional)


Graduate programs:

  • Duly accomplished application form
  • Statement of Purpose
  • At least one letter of recommendation from a professor or a supervisor. (note: architecture program requires two letters of recommendation)
  • Official transcripts for an undergraduate degree, with certified English translation if applicable
  • Credential Evaluation for applicants with coursework or degrees from a non-US university. Accepted credential evaluation service providers include the Center for Educational Documentation (CED), and World Education Services (WES).

Proof of English proficiency for non-native English speakers and for those whose secondary education did not take place in an English-speaking country (one of the following):

Graduate Application Deadlines

For graduate programs, the priority deadline for Fall intake is February 15, and the regular deadline is June 1. Students are encouraged to apply early as some programs may be closed after the regular deadline.

Tuition and Other Fees

Undergraduate programs:

  • One year (2 semesters) full time enrollment tuition: $37,050 (equivalent to $1,160 per credit)
  • Technology fee: $600/year
  • Estimated health insurance fee: $2,409

Graduate programs:

  • One year (2 semesters) full time tuition in Master of Architecture program: $39,760 (equivalent to 1,100 per credit)
  • Other graduate programs at 1,170 per credit
  • Estimated health insurance fee: $2,409


Scholarships

  • Wentworth offers a variety of scholarships that generally fall into the following categories:Merit-based scholarships – all students are automatically eligible without applying. Award will be based on student’s previous academic performance.
  • Donor-funded scholarships - open to currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students.
