-         Language Requirements – English is the mode of instruction and communication in UToledo and international students coming from countries who are not part of the exemption list are required to satisfy the English requirements to be admitted to the program.

Here are the ways to meet the language requirement:

o  TOEFL internet-based: 71

o  TOEFL paper-based: 527

o  IELTS overall band: 6.0

o  PTE (Pearson Test of English) Academic overall score: 48

o  MET (Michigan English Test, 4-skill): 52

o  Duolingo English Test: 95

o  iTEP Academic: 3.7

o  Official SAT ( Reading and Writing: 510) or ACT scores (English section only: 21)

o  Completion of UToledo American Language Institute’s High Advanced Level English Program

o  Passed UToledo’s English 1110

o  Completion of ELS Language Center’s Level 112

o  Waiver showing that the student earned a high school diploma where English is the language of instruction

 

Tuition and Fees

The average cost of tuition and living expenses for a student living on campus is $26,033 (Tuition: $11,885, living expenses: $14,148).
